In order to use this facility, you will need to follow a simple online registration process.
Submit-a-Plan.com is a partnership between Local Authority Building Control (LABC) and Resolution to facilitate e-working between local authority building control teams and their clients. The Building Control Partnership encourages online plans submission and e-working to speed up and simplify the whole submission and checking process.
