By partnering with us, we can provide you with a tailored one-to-one service from inception through to completion, for any of your projects in England or Wales.
We are part of the national scheme for local authority building control (LABC), which allows us to offer a plans approval consultancy to you, for developments that you intend to construct in most other areas of the country.
You will achieve consistency of interpretation and a single point of access for your business to one of our multi-disciplinary teams. Site inspection of your projects will be carried out by the local authority in whose area the work is situated, giving you the benefit of a sustainable local inspection service that can attend your site on the day of any request.
- Allowing your company to use the Building Control Partnership(BCP) as a single point of contact for Building Regulation pre-submission advice and plan examination, on any project in England and Wales
- Free and very simple process to register as a Partner-registration is confirmed within ten days
- Not exclusive- Partnering gives you the option of using our services

- Projects outside Fareham or Gosport will be inspected by the Local authority where the building work is being carried out.
- The flexible provision of our services: in your offices, at your client's offices, on site, or in our office.
- A named BCP client manager, acting as your point of contact for all projects submitted under the scheme, and providing all necessary support throughout the life of a project
- Applications are always checked within fifteen days of submission. As we prefer to be involved in projects from inception, this formal part of the process is often quicker.
- Electronic consultation and submission available as required
- BCP plan charges are very competitive and negotiable
- Access to detailed local knowledge and information on matters such as contamination, local ground conditions, demolition, public sewers
- Technical support to your team is always available throughout every working day
